Simple Seeds #17

We are not to allow our (need) to consume us. God knows our needs even before we ask.
Mat 6:25 ¶ Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Vs 25- the word (life)
Question: is living life being consumed by everything around us. There are many (Giant Issues) out there to consume our day. We must realize that the power satan has is given to him by man (this means You and I)
The price has already been paid on the cross for complete victory. Worldly Giants are spiritual Wimps!
Why do we get all freaked out when we see there are walls around the promise?
We need to be determined in our hearts this morning that we are not going to fight this battle on the enemies terms.
2Cr 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Satans weapons are not made to pull down strongholds, he can only make strongholds through our submission to the battle plan of the enemy.
Whose plan am I following today?
In Mat 6:25 the word (Life) we need to know what this word really means.
Breath
a. Breath of life
b. That in which there is life
c. the (human) soul in so far as it is constituted that by the right use of the aids offered it by God it can attain its highest end and secure eternal blessedness, the soul regarded as a moral being designed for everlasting life
Is this where you are walking today?
God has and is offering his blessings to us today to make the right decisions, to say the right things to accomplish His purpose
How do I have a successful day walking in the spirit, not allowing my body to dictate my footsteps, not allowing peoples opinions to sway the position God has given me to stand in.
#1 Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
We need to be added to, not taken away from. When we speak we need to be in a position to where we can add to, not take away from.
God may ask you to poor out a little more of yourself than your comfortable with today, that’s ok
His plan is to poor you out as a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it. Know today that there is no failure for you!
When Elijah talked with the widow woman he told her bake me a little cake first! That was more than she was ready for so she said this is all that I have and after this I and my son are going to die.
Jesus is speaking to us today. Allow him today to use you to build His kingdom first. The cruise of oil will not fail, neither will the jar of meal!
What you see in front of you is not the end result it is only the beginning. Start the race and he will finish the race through you.
Take a step of faith today, (Meet the Author) of faith and he will show you the finish. We are almost there.
Seek his guidance first before you react to any disaster and He will show you His plan and the direction to fulfill His plan.
SEEK HIM FIRST!!!
