Simple Seeds #16

You are destined for Greatness! Doesn’t that sound fantastic. In Acts chapter 2 we see the infilling of the Holy Spirit with those that were in the upper room.
This encounter empowered them to go forward declaring the name of Jesus.
God empowered Peter and John to see healing through the name of Jesus. In Acts 3 they encountered a man who was crippled for 40 years, the spirit of the Lord moved upon them and through the name of Jesus This man began to walk.
Gods plan for you is to walk undefeated. Peter not only saw the lame man walk He saw the heads of the priesthood rise to take them out! In Acts 3:8 Peter began to speak being filled with the Holy Spirit, he spoke of Jesus Christ the savior or the world with such incredible boldness that nothing the accusers would say could stop the words Peter was speaking. This is a place of Resurrection Power. We are coming against the spirit of antichrist and our victory is assured. God’s desire is to overfill you with His Spirit giving you dominion. You need to know what it is you are fighting today. You are not fighting just to get ahead and provide for a better future, You are fighting for your inheritance spoken of in Genesis 1 which is to be fruitfull, multiply, replenish, and subdue. Most don’t know what they are fighting and don’t take the time to seek God and they find themselves on a treadmill that seems to be going no wear, Gods plan is much bigger than this. His plan includes operating in the power and dominion of Jesus. You need to seek the face of God.
1Kings 19 Elijah encountered something far bigger than he had ever seen before. The messenger was sent from Jezebel telling him of his destruction. In vs 3 it says he saw what the messenger was saying, this word means – having a vision
Elijah was a seer and something he saw caused him to panic and run for his life. When you encounter things in your life that cause you to want to run you need to seek the Lord, your eyes will be opened to a much bigger plan than you can realize. Gods plan for you is not nine to five. His plan for you will continue the same as His plan for the 12 deciples continue today. When Elijah went before God the first thing God told him is
Anoint Elisha to be prophet in your place. The name Elisha means (God is salvation). It was necessary for Elisha to be anointed to be prophet and also as a declaration that God is our salvation speaking of the coming of Christ. Elisha’s father is also mentioned 1Ki 19:16 His name means (He hath judged) Nothing in the Bible is by coincidence and all means something. 1st speaks of judgment coming 2nd speaks of salvation through Christ.
The messenger was not sent because of the prophets of bail being slain, He was sent to stop Elijah’s call. Don’t limit what the enemy is coming against you with as being just you. He has come to bring fear to your heart to get your vision off of what God is doing through you. After Elisha was anointed Elijah walked in the land for years without fear of Jezebel and she was killed just as prophesied. When it came time for Elijah to go on to the next stage of His call Elisha was close by his side and asked him for a double portion of the anointing. 2 Kings 2:9 Elijah knew he was going to be taken and told Elisha if you see me taken. This amazes me because Elijah knew there was going to be more for his life than the dimension he was in at the moment. He went up in a firey chariot and is seen again comforting Jesus - the savior / so first he anoints Elisha meaning God is salvation and then is ministering to Jesus who is salvation – then he is seen again in the time to come

Rev 11:3 And I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Rev 11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
Rev 11:6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

Here we see Elijah’s call unfolded.
Elijah means (God is my Provider)
1. Called as a prophet and stood against prophets of bail
2. Anointed Elisha (God is my Salvation)
3. Comforted Jesus (Jehovah is salvation)
The things he walks in dominion with in the old testament he walks in dominion with in the new testament - Rev 11:6 says he walks in this power.
And what is it all for, Elijah has been called in Rev 11:7 to testify of Christ return.
The beast will ascend out of the bottomless pit and kill them where the Lord was crucified –
After 3.5 days the Holy Spirit enters into there bodies and they rise up again.

Why do I say all of this. Because Satan cannot stop the Holy Spirits work in someone’s life. What God has for you is much greater than you realize. What you are coming against is
A spirit that is antichrist. The world does not want to recognize Jesus as the savior of the world but God is raising you up to speak in power. Your testimony is proof of dominion over satan.
Satan cannot win against you.
God is your provider
God is your salvation
Satan is Judged!
God’s plan for you is eternal and cannot be measured by time. Don’t look at where you are right now, look through the eyes of scripture and see your destiny.
You are an over comer.
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Great opportunities are in front of you, don’t listen to fear, doubt, and unbelief
