Simple Seeds #7

Jhn 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
I can’t help but think of broken dreams, promises, and relationships when I think of this wonderful scripture. I have had more than one bone crushing experience in my life and have wondered how can such a loving God that I care for so much allow me to go through all of this?
What we experience as failure is turned into victory when we give it to Christ!
1Cr 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether [there be] prophecies, they shall fail; whether [there be] tongues, they shall cease; whether [there be] knowledge, it shall vanish away.
Another translation reads:
1Cr 13:8 Love will last forever, but prophecy and speaking in unknown languages* and special knowledge will all disappear.
His love for us is forever and is for an eternal plan.
1Cr 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
Don’t you realize when we are looking at our surroundings and our circumstances we are only seeing in part?

God has BIG PLANS! In those plans there is no failure. The enemy is a liar and will paint the worst pictures using the people who are closest to us. People can talk about you and they may even think that they know you, but they don’t. There is only one who knows you.
Psa 103:14 For He knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we [are] dust.
Christ is the only one who knows you fully. He has paid the ultimate price for you to go forward in who He has called you to be.
Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
God, through His Son, has called you to live!
We do not have time to be moved by the words of men. Your calling / my calling is higher than this.
Jesus is going to return for us. We need to walk in victory today. We need to allow the word to move us and
press in.
Phl 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
The word press means 1. to run swiftly in order to catch a person or thing, to run after 2. to make to run or flee, put to flight, drive away
We need to run to Jesus as if this is our last hour on earth. We need to quit fighting this battle on earth with a defensive strategy. That is the wrong way.
We are on the offense team. Jesus never said hold ground.
God said:
Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
To be fruitful is to walk in the power of the word everywhere you go! And we can do this 100% of the time.
Your heart has to be ready for this word today. The ground needs to be good ground to produce 100% harvest. What makes us think we can expect a mighty harvest in ground we have not prepared?
We are to walk in the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We must lay down our will to be replaced with His will. It is only through yielding to Christ that we walk in the power of His resurrection.
Remember the scripture we started with:
Jhn 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
If you are not willing to let God have control you will walk in the power of your surroundings. He will not force His will.
True love knows what you need. Everything you see around you will lead to this love.
The most valuable attribute to a rose is not its appearance, but the fragrance which comes by the crushing of it’s petals.
When you are weak, He is strong. And, through Christ we are strengthened. He knows that you cannot do it in your own strength.
Be honest, you cannot do it! It is in Him we live and move and can achieve greatness. There is greatness inside of you.
Jesus is our hope through every situation.
God does not move in the realm where you can do it. He is where you can’t do it.
Jesus is victory.
You haven’t failed you have just begun!
You can do all things through Christ, and you can do it well
God bless you
